Could b ring worm But obviously I cannot be very sure about it because I am unable to see that thing that has happened to the child so in my opinion it would be better I thought you do a video call to your paediatrician if you cannot visit him personally because that way at least you will get the right Here directions about the thing and also the medicine that you need to use
