Hi It’s your duty to make a schedule for your child as to at what time your child is going to have lunch and dinner and all these things and your child will follow it if you do the same thing with your child as and when you want your child to do something you have to set an example by doing it yourself so try doing this if you want your child to eat lunch at 2 o’clock then take your plate take your child’s plate and say and say sit and eat and then go and play you have to you know be a little strict with this regime if you want your child to follow
