#AskTheExpert Hi my son gets constipated with milk can you please specify alternative to milk like soya and other milks.

A. if the baby is lactose intolerance then you may give the baby almond milk or soya milk.. for constipation give warm water to drink fibre rich foods as papaya apple pear prune give curd daily for good digestion avoid banana maida suji rusk.. as these may cause constipation..
