#AskTheExpert hi my name is Nikita and i want to ask that my son is not drinking milk so wat should i give him instead of milk

A. Give him fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give him milk products like homemade paneer, curd, butter, ghee in small amounts. Give him flavoured yoghurts. Try giving kesar milk or almond milk. Give different kinds of porridges like sooji porridge or rice porridge or ragi porridge or oats with milk or daliya.
