#asktheexpert hi my name is nidhi modi. my baby boy is 2 months old. he doesn't slp at night. mostly awake till 3-4. he even cries alot at night. he is all fine in the day. has very less slp. plz help

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 months old now at this age baby don't have day and night cycle rhythm developed so they might remain awake during night you need to adjust your sleep according to your baby

Hi mom Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby Give adequate feeding Sleep pattern will correct soon Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Change diaper frequently Baby usually cry due to cold hunger wetting or gas Take a good care of your baby
