#AskTheExpert Hi, My kid is 1 year old. we are using aptamil milk powder till now. We are thinking to change it. please suggest best alternative to it. Thanks

A. best now you can start with cow milk or buffalo milk.. at thr beginning diluting for some days.. baby can have any milk as amul milk or mother dairy milk or any local dairy milk.. gradually increase the intake
