#AskTheExpert Hi, my girl baby is 10mths old and weighed 7kg now. can I introduce formula milk to increase weight? what brand and how much quantity to be given. how many times formula is required?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 7 kg is normal weight for 10 months old baby. Baby should triple the birth weight by 6 months. Avoid giving formula as it contains sugar. Instead, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.
