#asktheexpert Hi My daugther had blocked nose and congestion. She is much better but in the morning she get so uncomfortable with mucus. She try to spit it but unable to.. She keep trying to push it out.. Pls help..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl8 months agoA. Nasoclear nature rocks you can put into each nostril of your child and that is going to be helpful you can again repeat it after 5 to 6 hours this is going to help nasal passage and the cold issues after that your child should feel better
