#AskTheExpert hi my daughter was found to be allergic to milk protein and so I’m unable to nurse her or give her formula. I don’t know what soy milk to give her. Any suggestions. I’m worried she may not get nutrition that comes from drinking milk. (Also I give her plantain and ragi everyday).

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, if she has lactose intolerance than you might talk to ur doctor. this will require evaluation by your pediatrician and change into a suitable formula, meet your pediatrician and discuss these concerns with them.
