Q.

#AskTheExpert hi my daughter was found to be allergic to milk protein and so I’m unable to nurse her or give her formula. I don’t know what soy milk to give her. Any suggestions. I’m worried she may not get nutrition that comes from drinking milk. (Also I give her plantain and ragi everyday).

A. hi, if she has lactose intolerance than you might talk to ur doctor. this will require evaluation by your pediatrician and change into a suitable formula, meet your pediatrician and discuss these concerns with them.
