#asktheexpert hi, my daughter sleep very less time and food also not take properly.... please advise

A. hi dear mom..sleep.is very important for kids.. for good growth...massage her foot with oil before sleep ....make sure no lights are on..or no one is using mobile in the room..when kido is trying to sleep. restrict milk intake to not more then 500.ml in a day..so that kid can have solid food.
