#asktheexpert hi my daughter is 7 month old and she keeps on moving whilw sleeping and start crying ,not feel hungry just sooth her self when i give her breastmilk and while sleeping she try to uplift her leg like the way she do when she play and want to roll on her tummy we give her so much of tummy time and floor time

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Work toward a goal of 60 minutes of tummy time throughout the day. Your baby might roll between belly and back, and that is normal and OK. Make sure to break up the 60 minutes into short sessions. You don't need to get to 1 hour all at once.
