#asktheexpert Hi... My daughter is 4months old now. She has trouble in sleeping. She also cries alot during breast feed. she took maximum one hour sleep at a time . What should i do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the sleeping pattern will improve with increasing age of the child and drop to just take care of any environmental factor which might be affecting the sleep and also see that there is no temperature variation around the child

Hello dear parent, for four months old baby you should feed every two hours and must help her burp after ever feed by holding her in upright position and massage her back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This will,help.baby to take sound sleep for atleast 3 to 4 hours at a stretch at night. Do nkt worry just go with the flow.
