#AskTheExpert hi, my daughter is 4 yrs old and she is only 12 kg. she doesn't like to eat anything. any advice for weight gain or any tonic.

A. Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight . mst start threptin biscuits
