This is looking like a mosquito bite there is a swelling onto the eyes of your child keep keeping some ice cubes into a towel or a hanky and keep it on that place regularly that is going to help in settling down the swelling every 3 to 4 hours for better results and also if needed please feel free to consult your doctor
