#asktheexpert Hi my daughter is 13 months old . She is not accepting solids ! I have tried many recipes but she is refusing . She only demands milk whole day. Please guide me

A. hi parent please offer her easy to digest and sweet food make sure not to over use sweetners take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
