#AskTheExpert Hi, my daughter is 11 months old and she's on formula milk. But after she has started her solids ( all blended food) she doesn't want milk like before. She refuses water too. please advise. Thank you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, it's ok. you may add milk related food items in her diet.. Adding date syp , dry fruit powder, or different mixes can make it easier for him to drink it.
