As ur baby is seven years old give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur child. Give all that you cook for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish if u are non vegetarian, ghee, dry fruits, pulses etc in diet
