#asktheexpert hi my baby is only 2 years old. She is always reluctant to eat and her pediatric suggested her iron syrup but i give her cow milk too which interfere with iron absorption. So whts d way out.?? Pl suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. limit only 2 cup of milk per day..not more tgan this. keep a gap of kore tgan 2 hours between milk n iron syp feeding. all the best
