#AskTheExpert Hi my baby is one year old And he is still on breastfeeding At night also he needs feeds atleast 3 to 4 times He is not at all used to bottle feeding I want to avoid this how can I do And to inform u he eats meals nicely no issues in that But he is too much addicted to breastfeeding

Dear ma’am, breastfeeding is more than just a food and it’s a positive addiction as your milk still continues to provide the nourishment your baby need at this age. Bottle feeding doesn’t help and has its own challenges. However if you have decided to stop breastfeeding then do so gradually by reducing one feed at a time allowing few days before you drop the next feed
