#asktheexpert Hi. my baby is in his 5th month. he is hardly gaining any weight. till now he was growing @1 kg per month. this month there is no much growth. however his activity and interaction is good. is there anything to worry??

A. A child should gain minimum 500 g in a month to maximum 1 kg in a month which child was gaining 1 kg till now but if now your child is remaining even 500 g in a month and that would be a good weight gain for the child shouldn’t be a problem
