Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children5 years agoA. It can be some rashes for dirty hands or clothes or can be due to winter clothes also. Apply coconut oil massage vefore bath you can add aloe vera in it. apply good moisturizer after bath with calamine lotion. Maintain hygiene and too much of clothes wrapping
