#asktheexpert Hi My baby is 9months old.. IAM having COVID now. can I breastfeed her? If so, after feeding my baby can I give her to my mom? Is there any possibility of spread through baby to my mom? what are the precautions I need to take while feeding my baby.

A. hi if you are taking medicine for covid ,you can not breastfeed your child. but if it is not so ,then you can feed your child with necessary precautions like wear mask and gloves and wash your hands before you feed your child.
