#AskTheExpert Hi, My baby is 8months old and I have started giving solids. He is happily enjoying his solid food but as mentioned in YouTube videos, he will not stick to half bowl food. sometimes, he will have full bowl of food. is that ok or I have to feed him as per the measurements?

A. dear mum, it is fine if your baby is sometimes having more than half bowl of food. there is no problem in it. if your baby continues to be active and playful then do not worry.
