#AskTheExpert Hi, My baby is 7 months. and till now we didn't gave any calcium and iron syrup. Can you prescribed the best calcium and iron syrup for growing teeth and making his bones strong. so that we can start with it.

For teething you need not give any supplements. Teeth will start to erupt anytime between 6-12 months of age. Just massage the gums to hasten tooth eruption and keep the mouth clean.

Give adequate feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Stay hydrated to increase your milk supply
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
