A. hi after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child. but till that please stick to breastfeeding only. babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month. and ideally,4 months old baby should have weight between 4 to 6 kg.
