#AskTheExpert Hi . My baby is 3 months old. he often throws himself out of the lap. and he cries a lot and shakes his head to and fro to one side mainly. is there an issue or are these normal signs?

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
