#asktheexpert hi! my baby is 16 months old he can't walk without any support ,he can run with support ,climb and he also has low hemoglobin. kindly provide me proper diet and tell me why he is not walking without support yet. Dr. told me that he has low iron content and rest is fine with him.

A. if non veg then: egg, non veg , organ meat green leafy vegetables black raisins, black til, adiv whole legumes and whole Dal's bajra, ragi, rajgira Citrus fruits, squeeze lemon on food for absorption avoid giving tea coffee
