#asktheexpert hi my baby is 14 months old n I give her 3 small quail eggs...is it too much for her ?

Yes , it's little higher for the baby of such age
Well there are plenty vegetarian alternatives of the eggs
Kindly opt for it.
Take dryfruits. seasonal fruits , probiotics , cereals and millets.
