#asktheexpert hi my baby is 12 months and has no teeth yet. one upper moler has just erupted but that too not fully. is there anything to worry. he is also not walking by himelf he can only walk by support of wall or sofa.

usually kids get incisors as first milk teeth in either upper or lower jaw.
consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of your kids oral cavity

No there is no problem do not worry about it it will happen by the age of 17 months in general and if anyone has started to come it will come over the period need not worry about that also further in case of any issues that you’re facing you always consult your doctor for that
