ExpertDr. Arva BhavnagarwalaPaediatrician5 years agoA. Hi. These rashes are usually common in the newborn period. Avoid using any powder or any other cosmetic on the face. Avoid massaging on face too. Just wash the face with warm water and pat dry with a clean cloth.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. hey mommy the rashes are common during summer. and more so as the baby's skin is very delicate. few things will help keep the baby in a well ventilated room always wipe his body in teh afternoon when it gets quite hot to help deal with teh sweating make him wear only cotton clothing so he doesn't snot sweat much and such one layer of clothing needed. also nothing needs to be done about the rash it will go away on its own.
