#AskTheExpert hi.. my baby boy is 4 months 15 days old.. I've to join duty in 10 days.. how should i start food or milk to him.. formula milk or cow milk or cerelac or rice based uggu?

A. You have to wait and let your baby complete six months and for now you can give expressed milk and feed the baby in your absence take care and stay safe
