#AskTheExpert Hi my 2months old always cries while trying to poop. she is exclusively bf. she poops 6+ times. sometimes it's with ease sometimes finds hard. always cranky atleast twice a day. recently seen blood stain in her stool and green stains kindly help me out

Hello,as you already mentioned in your question that your baby is on breast-feed ,so mother need to eat healthy and nutritional diet and she need to be very careful what she eats,she need to include more fibre and no outside and spicy foods and you should also start drinking ajwain and fennel seeds water instead of plain water.
