meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mommy, If you notice a build up of earwax, and your baby doesn't have any other symptoms, speak to your pharmacist about ear drops. These can help to soften the wax so it falls out more easily . Your pharmacist may recommend putting two to three drops of olive oil or almond oil in your baby's ears, three to four times a day.
