#asktheexpert Hi...Mera baby 20 days baad 1 year ka ho jayega. mera question ye hai l abhi shuru se breastfeed pe hi hai only rat ko sone se pehle formula milk deti hu ek bar. to jab wo one year ka ho jaye to usse aage b formula dena sahi hai ya cow milk du..plz suggest. 1 year ka hone pr kaunsa milk best rhega.
