#AskTheExpert Hi mam or sir I am a mother of 4 month old baby . how many times ragi want to give? if it is two times can i give means what is the time period between two times? please help me for this question

A. Yes of course you can give ragi porridge twice a day and give a gap of at least eight hours between two sessions because usually ragi will reduce the hunger of the baby by making the baby seem full Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi Madam I would just like to tell you that you cannot give ragi to the child before completing the age of seven months basically the right time to introduce food and semisolid is after the age of six months as in seven months beginning and ragi should be introduced after seven months completion so continue with mothers feed only right now
