Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem in vomiting of milk It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine

usually it is normal.
but if a child is having low weight gain , spiting milk in larger quantity , spiting milk as it is , low apetite , irritability etc then please visit your pediatrician.
please give feeds as per your child needs.
but do not force feed or overfeed your child.
