#AskTheExpert Hi mam my baby wakes up all the day nd sleeps in night is there any issue nd dont know when she tkes cough nd cold medicine she sleeps better i m worried what if she is used to that medicine

A. yes so now. good sleep helps with brain growth .can do various sleep tricks .make baby sleep in a adequate environment and room temperature . Make baby wear comfortable clothing . Baby should be well fed at sleep time . Can sing a lullaby or play some light music . Can also swing baby in arms gently for easy sleep . Should be no disturbances in sleep .
