#AskTheExpert hi mam. my baby is 1month and 23 days old. she is having nasal congestion. everytime after feed i can gear the sound.. and also she hasn't pooped yesterday. she is straining and grunting a lot but she isn't pooping. sometimes only farting after grunting. please advice. she is on breastfeeding and formula 1-2 in a day. also could you please advice what should be the milk qty in each feed and the frequency

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom her milk quantity should be about 75 to 100 ml about 6 to 8 times a day . Make sure he is burped well and massage also helps a lot make him do some stretches and cycle movements

please avoid formula feed
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
