#AskTheExpert Hi mam, my baby girl 4 yrs old, but she is not very much interested in eating food except non veg and junk foods, her nails somehow looking dull , no strength in it, what can i do for that man. any spl diet for her mam.

Hello mom as she is not eating healthy foods hence she isn’t able to proper nutrients for her overall development, this dietary does take a hit once when the kids get a taste of outside and the junk foods obvious because of their high fat , sugar and salt content they seem to taste good but as known they are overall not healthy enough .
So hence try to prefer those food in a healthier way be innovative and present the food in different ways and forms
