#AskTheExpert Hi mam mam my baby is 29 days old why she is not satisfied with my milk what should I eat in order to satisfy her

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor f for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. Hi mom ur milk is not sufficient for the baby. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera garlic fenugreek raw papaya oats etc in ur diet to increase bm.
