#asktheexpert hi mam, mahizilini is 1 yr & 6 months baby. she is not eating well and she is struggling for night sleep. every day 3/4'o clck she is getting bed. until that she is struggling too much. please advise.

A. Namaste Mom Make sure they arent long nap times during the day , and make a routine for her as well. you could probably give her regular family foods , maintain a bed time routine as well, give massages , dim lights etc
