#asktheexpert hi mam m baby is facing constipation problem...whenever he passes motion he cries alot...suggest some medicine or home remedy

Prune juice you should start giving in the night before sleeping apply some castor oil on the navel along with that also I’m going to recommend you to start the day with little bit of warm water followed by papaya these things you can do regularly and also apply some lubricant onto the anal region of the child it would be easier for your child to poop
