#AskTheExpert hi mam.. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I have gestational diabetes.. I'm taking glycomet 1gm twice a day but still sometimes when I check my blood sugar it's 167 post lunch after 1 hour.. is this ok or do I need any other medicines?? TIA

fasting sugar more than 100 and pp more than 130 is not advisable
please seek a qualified dietitian advise
i see lot of such cases please dont take random suggestions

I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
