#AskTheExpert hi mam...I am using lactare granules to increase the milk supply but its not sufficient for my baby...any suggestions to increase the milk supply

A. Hi parent Ayurvedic leptadene tablets are good It's course is of four weeks , tab with glass of milk twice a day . Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water, Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
