Vomiting is huge volume of milk being thrown out and spits up are small quantity of curdled milk spat out by the baby. Is the baby fed on demand, is the baby breastfed or formula fed?
If it is spit up assess if you have oversupply or fast letdown? Are you consuming herbs, meds or food to boost your supply?
If it is vomiting please visit the doctor at the earliest.

So You first keep your child’s head an elevated position when you are feeding keep a hand underneath the head of your Chuld that is going to help and also you just feed your child as and when your child is demanding for it that’s very very important and Barbie and after every feed is important that is going to help in controlling vomiting issues
