A. You can start weaning with single vegetables and fruits try blended, mashed broccoli, potato, yam, sweet potato, carrot, apple or pear. You could also try baby rice mixed with your baby's usual milk. Make sure you cook well the foods. cerleac is easy to make at home and it's fresh, You will need Rice one cup, Moong dal half cup, Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins. Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds. Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder. It's quite healthy and safer than market ones.
