#asktheexpert Hi, is pediasure good for kids growth? if not what is an alternative for vegetarians apart from daily home cooked meals?

a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition

I don’t suggest you to use PediaSure it has really good amount of sugar for that matter any supplement that you go for has a good amount of sugar into that so try to go for something which is natural like dry fruit powder powder that’s much healthier to be used for the child and loaded with nutrients
