#AskTheExpert hi ii m 26 yrs old with 2kids 4yrs and 9months both r normal delivery didn't had tubectomy having copper t as contraceptive I had my first period on May 26 which is very lite and didn't had any period completely breast feeding is it okay to not having periods wht can I do to get my periods

Hi mommy Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Do some light exercise yoga regularly Wash hands often before touching your baby Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
