#AskTheExpert Hi - I wanted to know if it’s important to give calcium and iron to the baby. My LO is 6 months old. If yes, what should be the dosage?

A. I am giving iron and vitamin D to my daughter. My Pediatrition insisted that it is very important to give since the iron reserves gets depleted by the time baby turns 6 and the requirement increased. External supplement is necessary to avoid deficiencies.
