A. Hi, in order to lose weight, you should eat healthy and exercise regularly for atleast 30-40 mins everyday.. Include lots of fruits and vegetables, drink 2-3 liters of water, eat short and frequent meals , and sleep for 7-8 hrs regularly

A. hello you should be doing walking and exercise which will help reduce your weight and also avoiding junk food is a must to reduce your weight and include a healthy nutritious well balance food in the diet which would be effective
